This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through the Datorium corporate website, including the school partnership form, and when you contact us directly.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the Datorium.AI product and services, which are covered by the privacy notice published on the relevant product website.
2. Website operation and security
When you visit the website, the website infrastructure may process technical information such as:
- your IP address;
- the date and time of the request;
- the requested page;
- browser and device information;
- technical and security logs.
We process this information to provide the website, maintain its technical operation, protect it against misuse, and identify technical or security problems.

3. Enquiries and school partnership requests
When you contact us or submit a school partnership request, we process the information you provide. This may include:

- information about the requested subjects, classes and proposed cooperation;

We process this information to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- assess the school partnership request;
- communicate with you about the request;
- clarify the school’s requirements;
- prepare and administer possible cooperation.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and establishing and administering cooperation with schools and other organisations under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Where processing is required to comply with a legal obligation, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Where necessary, correspondence and related information may also be processed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our legal rights under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be accessible to:
- authorised employees and contractors of SIA “Riga International Tuition Centre” who require the information to perform their duties;
- service providers that provide website hosting, form delivery, email, data storage, information technology or security services on our behalf;
- public authorities, courts or law enforcement authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.
These service providers may process personal data only for the purposes of providing their services to us and in accordance with the applicable data processing arrangements.

Information received through an enquiry or school partnership request is retained for as long as necessary to respond to the request, assess the proposed cooperation, communicate with the school representative and prepare or administer the cooperation.
Where information forms part of contractual, accounting or other legally required records, it is retained for as long as required by applicable law.
Information may also be retained for as long as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. Required information
Providing the fields marked as required in the school partnership form is not a statutory or contractual obligation.
However, the required information is necessary for us to identify the school representative, assess the request and contact you. If the required information is not provided, we may be unable to process the partnership request or respond to it.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions established by the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- request deletion of your personal data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
